What if you can't fix my issue?

If we can't resolve your issue within the session, you pay nothing. Full refund processed within 24 hours.

Do you need remote access to my computer?

Only with your permission, and only during the live session. We use standard tools like Zoom remote control or AnyDesk. You stay in full control and can end the session at any time.

Are you affiliated with HP / Canon / Epson / Brother?

No. Aegis Softex LLC is an independent third-party support service. We support printers from all major brands but are not endorsed by or affiliated with any manufacturer.

What if the issue takes longer than 30 minutes?

Most issues are resolved well within 30 minutes. If yours needs more time, we'll be upfront and you can choose to book a follow-up session at the same flat $29 rate — never a surprise charge.
